Gavin had so much fun at his pinewood derby. His car didn't do very
well, but he was still all smiles and cheering everyone on. His axel
was bent and we couldn't fix it. He didn't get last place but he came
close which is a change from 2 no place overall last year. He did get
the "Sportsmanship" trophy and you would've though he had won!! He was
so excited and we were so proud of him. It was his first ever trophy and he wanted to "take it home
and polish it". It made me so happy seeing him so happy.
