Last Days of School

Last day of school.
I think Chloe has changed the most this year.

When they got home I was waiting for them in the driveway with "Schools out for Summer" by Alice Cooper blaring from the speakers
5.25.17
Field Day for Gavin. His teacher sent me this.
He's in the middle of the line on the right side in the red shirt.
Chloe had a Pirate Day at school. She posed like this and said, "Ahoy Matey" all on her own. She's pretty much the cutest little pirate I have ever seen.
Gavin with his Idaho History Project. I'm so proud of him and all the hard work he put into these.
He made a winter and summer home of the Shoshone-Bannock Indian Tribes.
I especially love his little fur rugs and the pretend flames in the fire rings
That afternoon all the parents from all the 4th graders came to see all the projects. I had to giggle because Gavin made a sign that said, "DO NOT TOUCH" with another little paper that had an addendum that said, "You can touch the fur" and he had one of the rugs out.

These two are pretty mischievous together according to Mrs. Thomason

Father Son Campout

The boys went on their first Father Son Campout in this ward. They went to Bone on some property of someone in our ward.

When the boys leave, then Chloe and I get to have our own Girls Night Out. We went to dinner at Pizza Hut. Chloe even let her baby have some of her pizza.

We also went to Walmart and Michael's for supplies to make the gallery wall.
This is what I started with. I did a lot of printing, cutting, spray painting and staining.
This was the end result.

Idaho Falls Fire Station

I took the kids to the Idaho Falls Fire Station open house.
The address for the new fire station is 343 E Street. It's a tribute to the 343 fire fighters who lost their lives on 9/11.
Mason and Chloe took turns in the drivers seat of the fire engine

They even got a tour of the inside of an ambulance
Their favorite part was the golden fireman pole although they were disappointed they couldn't slide down it.

Life of Fry - April

Addie's mom sent me this picture of Chloe and Addie sharing an umbrella in the rain, so cute!
Chloe was in a Cultural Parade with her school. She was so cute and knew exactly what to do. She was a pro!
Waving at mom and dad while still holding her sign up
My cute little sunshine : )
We went out to dinner with friends at Frontier Pies in Rexburg.
Jenn and Dale Walker
Kellene and Troy Ferguson
(can't remember, we just met them that night)
Cody and I
Megan and Landon Thurgood
Mason all handsome in his cowboy clothes from his birthday
This girl....I just love her
I had a little critter crawl into my bed with me this morning
Gavin and I borrowed Chloe's hat and glasses on our way to get flagstone for the fire pit
Cody and I were relaxing it bed and the kids wanted to watch Studio C in our room so they could be by us
Raini and I
It's blurry because we were so excited to see each other
I went to Bancroft for the first time in my life to visit her for her upcoming birthday and see her new house.
Welcome to Bancroft
The only gas station/store in the entire town.
Raini took me on a tour of the town which literally took less than 5 minutes. It's such a little town.
This was on the way there...
...and this was on the way home. Amazing views!
I watched the cousins for a few hours and they wanted to clean for fun. There was no way I was going to tell them no!!
Laken was typing me a letter
Mason, Collin and Brigham aka the Three Ninja's
Collin was upset because his dad was here to get him to go home
I couldn't get my shoes to fit today
My beautiful niece Madilyn. She competed in the Distinguished Women pageant. I am so proud of her. She did such and amazing job and even got a scholarship : )
These two disappeared and I found them snuggled in the corner of Chloe's room watching videos on the tablet.
Chloe and Papa Moose
Daddy reading scriptures to us. Look at Chloe's face!!
Gavin had an eye appt to get his new glasses. Dr Ivie was so good with the two little ones. He even let them "help" with the exam and see inside Gavin's eyes.
I let him pick out his own glasses again. He always does a good job. He picked black and red ones this time and he loves that the hinges are extra flexible so you can bend them really far without them breaking.
Cody and the kids met me at Gavin's appt to pick up his glasses because I worked today. This is how Chloe went to school, mismatched patterns and a sheer shirt with nothing underneath it except a black bra?!?! (She got the bra as hand me down's from a nurse I work with). I told him when she gets older he is not allowed to screen her clothing choice before she leaves the house ; )
Look at this handsome fellow I found at the stop light. I tried to pick him up and have him come home with me, but he said he doesn't date chicks that drive minivans. Ha ha ha
Notice anything missing? They took Angel Moroni down to resurface him and get him all ready for the open house.
Then we went to this mystery place for Fat FRYday and ran into Aunt Sadie and the kids.
We were riding bikes outside and planting trees earlier and now look at the weather! So crazy
Chloe was invited to Brinley's birthday party and was so excited to go.
I made the neighbors some "Game Brownies" for April Fool's Day.
 Gavin's new glasses
This is one of the dresses Chloe got from Sara, a nurse I work with. It's adorable on her.
We all sat in the middle of the living room with 5 spoons and ate the entire carton of Phish Food just because and it was delicious.
Chloe stole her brother's glasses
This is Monday morning. This room was spotless Saturday night. How does this happen??
Cody bought a Hyundai Accent from my brother for $1 to have a commuter car. He asked me to renew his "8B" plates for him, but they were almost expired anyway and I would have had to pay a transfer fee so it was almost as cheap just to get all new ones. So Cody is now the proud owner of "1J" plates. He makes fun of 1J drivers and now he is one. I laughed all the way home and again when I gave them to him when he got home and every time I thought about it between now and then.
All dressed up with a packed diaper bag ready to hit the town.

**April Memories**

:: The boys will only respond to me in the morning if I call them Strict Chaos 5000 (Gavin) or Black Cowboy (Mason).

:: Our favorite song right now is "Hand Clap" by Fitz and the Tantrums

:: Helga (my alter ego with a terrible accent) has been visiting the kids a lot in the mornings. They love it when she gets them up and ready for the day. When I am "myself" I pretend to have no idea who the heck Helga even is and it cracks them up.

:: We celebrated our 1 year anniversary in our house

:: Chloe has been having me teach her how to braid. We practice on my hair and her barbies hair
