Hardwork Saturday

My dad is having a new shop built, but he had an old shed that was in the way and needed torn down. We all met out there on Saturday and got rid of it for him.
Gavin was up on the roof for a long time pulling the nails out of the tin. Mason was pretty much just supervising and having a good time hanging out on the roof with the big boys.

Chloe had on her "work gloves" so she helped bring the tin over and stack it in a pile for us.
As the pieces came down Paul and I would haul them over to the fire to burn it.
Who said we can't have fun while doing it?
The kids would help load this with wood and garbage and we would take it to where it needed to be and then I would give them a ride back in the wagon.
Almost gone! The last little bit we hooked it up to the truck and went for it. It was fun watching it come down and it felt so good to be outside with my family doing hard work. : )
