He was all over the place this year and the kids had so much fun with him again, especially Gavin. If he was being stubborn and not wanting to get out of bed I would remind him he needed to find Elf and that usually did the trick.

He's covering his mouth because he's been naughty. He tied the yarn to the chair in the boys room and then strung it all over the house and down the stairs into the family room. He made a big, red web
Saying goodbye until next year but he sweetened the blow with some chocolate!
