Pink Princess Party

We were at a friends house celebrating New Years. Chloe had fallen asleep and I tried not to wake her up when moving her to the van, but she's a light sleeper. We told her Happy Birthday and then put her in bed when we got home only she didn't want to sleep because IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY!! Ugghh! She's good about staying in her bed and not wandering everywhere when its bedtime, but Cody and I were waiting for her to go to sleep so we could fill her room with balloons that were overtaking our room. FINALLY she fell asleep, Operation Balloon Drop was taken care of and we all went to sleep.
She woke up and got dressed before she came into our room. She is so sneaky quiet we never even hear her. She wanted us to come see the balloons in her room. Grandma Blakely called to sing Happy Birthday to her and then we had French Toast for breakfast per the Birthday girls request. Later Grandma Fry called to tell her Happy Birthday and Chloe talked her ear off. She asked to talk to Grandpa Fry and she talked his ear off. I'm pretty sure they were glad to get off the phone with her! :) Uncle Paul called her too but he got off the hook pretty easy but I think it was because G&G Blakely were here.
On the phone with Grandma
(I just realized she's in a different shirt, not sure when she changed. No wonder I have so much laundry)

While Mason and Chloe were napping Gavin helped me decorate for Chloe's "Pink Princess Party". He set out the cups, plates and napkins (everyone had to have one of each and he put them side by side). Then we waited and waited and waited. The one day we wanted her NOT to take a long nap and she slept forever.

Cody made Chloe a pink cake with pink frosting topped with Princess's.

G&G Blakely stopped for a visit and she finally woke up so they helped us sing Happy Birthday to her. I found pink candles and forgot they were trick candles until I lit them. She was pretty confused by them, but we were all laughing about it and put them out for her when the fun was over.

They're out finally!
(Yes Mason is still in his PJ's. Most days it's a fight to get him dressed so if we aren't going anywhere I just let him stay in them.)
Chloe tore right into her present, pulled all the tissue paper out of the box and totally disregarded her dress and grabbed her princess panties.

Gavin even held it up for her so she could see it and she could've cared less about it.
I finally got her to try it on, but she just kept asking if she could go put on her new "princess undies"

After pink cake with pink ice cream we headed over to Blast Off afterwards and met my brother Paul and his family there. The kids had a blast.

Monkey Mason and Bailee
This little stinker took her socks off somewhere and if you don't have socks you don't play. She told me they were in the ball pit but didn't know which one. I ended up crawling into all 4 ball pits looking for them, but never did find them. My sis-in-law Erin had an extra pair that we borrowed but I was a meany and made her wait to put them on hoping next time she will learn not to take her socks off.
Peek a boo Bailee
Gavin was teaching Brigham and Bailee how to lay day and wiggle so that you sink and the balls cover you up.
It was so cute watching him teach them. He was talking so sweet to them and was so patient, way more patient than he is with Mason and Chloe most of the time.

After Blast Off we came home and had Homemade Mac and Cheese for dinner, another Chloe request and then bundled up and headed out on the four wheeler for a ride and to walk/run the dog. It snowed a little bit this morning and I was hoping it wouldn't stop so we could build a snowman or go sledding or something fun in the snow. It was a cold ride so we warmed the kids up with a warm bath and then sent them all to bed. Chloe looks so big all of the suddern, literally. She looks twice the size she was when I put her to bed last night and maybe it's because I know she's three now. My BABY is three!! Crazy.

Chloe's Stats:
Weight: 26 lbs (but she out eats her brothers)
Height: 2ft 10 in
Clothes: Starting to convert her wardrobe from 2T to 3T
Loves: Princesses, especially Cinderella, books, snuggling, "hanitizer" (hand sanitizer), "wipstick" (chapstick) and GUM!! If you want a new bestie, give this girl a piece of gum.

Twice today we told her she couldn't do something and she responded with "BUT IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!" Nice try Chloe, nice try.
