Yes, that is his diaper hanging out of his pant leg and YES that is a piece of poop on his diaper. If you look really close under his right hand is another piece of poop ON MY FLOOR!! I didn't notice it until after I took the picture. I took his bottoms off and the diaper was still done up, it just totally malfunctioned somehow.
