Temple Square

Things we learned:
1- Chloe hates Santa
2- Chloe is terrified of elevators
3- Mason and Gavin love revolving doors
4-Gavin is fascinated by the "donut factory"

Cody was due to fly into Idaho Falls, but instead got off in Salt Lake City with 2 other co-workers/friends and us wives met them there. We all got rooms at Little America for the night.
The Santa outside of our hotel. Chloe was fine and dandy until she turned around to see who's lap she was sitting on and that was the end of it!
Fry Family
The Beams
Kristi, Danny, Morgan & Brittyn
My camera just does not do this justice!!
Every single branch of the trees were wrapped in lights, it was amazing!
Gavin with Brittyn and Morgan
Gavin would hold out his arm for the girls to hang onto and sometimes they would even walk holding hands like us adults!
Fry's
Beam's
Cobalt and Rita June
We rode the "train" from our hotel to City Creek Mall. We window shopped, ate dinner and then went to Temple Square. When we were done we went back to the hotel and even though it was way past bedtime we still went swimming until the pool closed at 11pm.

The pool was on the second floor so we had to take the elevator up and back down. Chloe freaked out both times and I was even holding her the second time. She absolutely hated the elevator!!
Cleaning up after swimming
We can't stay in a hotel without jumping on the beds!!
Tradition!!
By this time it was close to midnight
This is how Mason woke Gavin up
Gavin loved the revolving door at the hotel and so did Mason. Gavin would go around and around and Mason just laughed and laughed! Maybe even the hardest I have ever heard him laugh and he didn't stop until Gavin did. It was hilarious.
The boys wanted to sit on Santa's lap one last time
Chloe still wanted nothing to do with it. She would cling to me anytime we walked near the fake Santa.
Hanging out by fire in the lobby
Brittyn and Gavin we inseperable
Cody, Mason, Danny, Cobalt, Rita June, Morgan, Kristi
Buddies/Co-workers
Cobalt, Cody and Danny
We stopped in Layton on the way back home to get some Krispy Kreme donuts. They are so much better fresh off the line!
The kids had fun watching them get made

We had to beg Gavin to leave the window and come eat donuts with us
Being dorks in our Krispy Kreme hats
Cobalt and Rita June
(Rita June rode down with me even though we had never met, our husbands thought it was a fabulous idea*, and then they both rode back to Idaho Falls with us.)

*It actually turned out to be OK, but I was NOT a very happy wife when Cody told me that I had to spend 3 hours in a van with a girl I had never met!!
Lovin' the "no-nuts" as Chloe calls them
