Cody and Gavin playing with his new cars that he got. Gavin wasn't very happy with Cody though because he wasn't building them how Gavin thought they were suppose to be done. He kept saying that daddy was "doing it the wrong way!" even though there isn't a wrong way.

A T. Rex Named Sue
Gavin - Chloe - Mason
We went with Grandma Blakely to the Museum of Idaho
Sue eating Gavin's hand
One of the many activities they have for kids to do
Gavin brought binoculars so he could see the dinosaur
The Stegosaurus
Of course we had to go to the Discovery Room. Gavin was busy climbing up and down the rocks and took a "detour" and got a little talking to by one of the volunteers. (He climbed straight up the rock wall instead of going up the stairs). Mason went in the log cabin and made my mom some very delicious soup!
When we were done at the museum we went to the "Pretzel Donut Store" which is really Carsten's Bakery that has a giant pretzel sign sot that's wheat Gavin named it.
St. Patricks Day
I had big plans to do lots of fun GREEN things with the kids and maybe even have the cousins over, but it didn't happen.(Maybe next year) This is all we ended up with, GREEN BREAKFAST and I made sure the kids were dressed in GREEN.
GREEN pancake on a GREEN plate with GREEN apple juice in a GREEN cup. Gavin swears that everything tasted like GREEN apples because we colored it GREEN.
Princess Pigtails with her GREEN breakfast
Mr. Grin eating his GREEN. He loves craisins and raisins and wants to eat them all the time!
Brothers
I tried to get a good picture of the boys for their birthday party invitations and Holy Cow was it exhausting!! They kept pulling faces, looking at each other, looking away or when they would look at the camera it would only be one of them. They kept goofing and playing around and I finally just gave up. Here are a few of them ( I took closer to 15.)
Having a stare down
Almost had them both looking
This is the one I finally ended up using because this is how they are most of the time with each other. .

Pics with Stories
I've had a fetish with making wreaths lately and this is my latest one that I made for St. Patrick's Day. I got the idea from a Halloween wreath that I saw on Pinterest and just changed the colors to coordinate with the holiday. Now for the sad part. We had a really bad wind storm the other night and it was gone the next day. I walked the street looking for it, but never found it. : (
Gavin and his buddy swapped costumes so Gavin has been a "Real Cowboy" for the last 3 days. He even tried to wear it to preschool. He even has the cowboy walk down, it's hilarious!
P.S. See the toys all over my living room? Even though we have a toy room the toys always seem to migrate to the middle of my living room.
Mason wearing my shoes, well only one of them. He is so funny and is mimicking almost everything we do and sometimes we do funny stuff just so he will do it. He LOVES music and starts dancing and bobbing his head every time we turn some on.
P.S. Look who's WALKING in the background!!
Chloe was "helping" me cook the other day so we put her in her apron that my Aunt Patricia made, isn't it the cutest thing ever? I love it! If you look real close you can see her bottom jaw is to the left. She does that and then says "Ga-ding-a-ding-a-ding". Daddy calls her his little Asian baby cuz it sound like she is oriental.
P.S. See all the balloons? Mason LOVES balloons. My parents got him some helium balloons for his birthday and he has been playing with them since even now that the helium is out of them. He even had to take one of them with us on the 4 wheeler to the park the other day.
I told Mason to stand by Chloe and say Cheese and this is what he did, wrapped his arms around his baby sister. Isn't it absolutely adorable? I hope they always love each other this much!
P.S. See the papers on the fridge? Gavin cut out pictures of cookies, glued them to paper and then hung them on the fridge. Should I take it as a hint and make him some cookies?
I had a "Real Cowboy" over for dinner the other night. I think he looks a lot like Gavin, what do you think?
P.S. See the green on his hand? It's marker. We were coloring Shamrocks to put on our window and I caught him coloring his hand instead.

Mason at 2
Mason is learning new words everyday. As of right now this is what he can say (that I can remember): Mom, mommy, dad, daddy, Doey (Chloe), NO!, 1-2-3-go, dog, shoes, juice, please, thank you, read book, dude, puppy, hello, I pooped, oww!, nana (banana), car, yummy, crackers, up, out, hi, side (outside).
Sizes: Clothes 18 months, shoes 3 going on 4, diapers 4.
Loves: Balloons, toy cars, being outside, brushing his teeth, sucking his thumb, oatmeal with blueberry yogurt mixed in, CANDY
Hates: Having his diaper changed, getting woke up
He doesn't sit still very much at all, he is always on the go. Every once in a while he will slow down long enough to snuggle for a minute and when he first wakes up you can cuddle with him for about a minute and then it's over.
He loves to copy what we do and is so sweet to his baby sister.
He loves doing: Up high, down low, cut the pickle, tickle tickle
Believe it or not he loves to nap and when he is tired he will go to his crib and want you to put him in it. He still sleeps with his "murray's" and sucks his poor little thumb, only the left one.
Loves taking baths, but hates getting out.
He loves to show you his belly. When you ask him where things are he can point to his eyes, ears, nose, mouth, belly, bum, hands and feet.
