For months I have kept hearing Zumba this, Zumba that, Zumba, Zumba Zumbaaaahhhhhhhhhhh! For the live of me I couldn't figure out what the fuss was all about. Well last week my sister-in-law Cassie took me with her, and guess what...I LOVED IT!! Guess what else? I went to the next class. And guess what else? I'm going again! I can totally see what the fuss is all about. The music is LOUD, the atmosphere is FUN and the best part is it is the fasted hour of your life and you feel so good afterward, everywhere! Much better than running or riding your bike in my opinion.
This is one of the dances/workouts (with some extra weird people in between) that we do. Everyone should totally come!!!

Kim- Not sure actually. It's 4 sisters who instruct in Idaho Falls and Rigby. One of the sisters is due in a week and still teaching!
oh its not, if you ever think about changing-- there is a girl that teachs M,W,Th and Sat mornings near the Cutting Corner and she turns down the lights like its a party and its really fun and you should switch and the end
